Meet the owner
Colin is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Group Exercise Instructor. When he’s not at the gym either on his own or with a client, he’s searching for the best street tacos in Metro Atlanta, hiking around Stone Mountain, or trying new recipes at home (especially his Grown-Up Grilled Cheese recipe). His goal is to help clients improve their independence and mobility in a way that helps them enjoy life for as long as they can in a way that’s sustainable and fulfilling.
Initially starting his career as a food scientist, Colin created foods for Publix, Dunkin’ Brands, Panera, Whole Foods, and Pepsi Co. While in graduate school at Georgia Southern, he entered the fitness industry in 2017 as a Strength & Conditioning Intern with Georgia Southern University athletics. Here he worked one-on-one with injured athletes discovering his passion for personal training and has continued to work in a gym setting ever since. Currently, he works as the Assistant Health & Fitness Coordinator running the Personal Training Program for the federal government.
